John S. Boor

Dear Boor family, I was glad to meet my favorite farm family thru college summers working with Kathy as 4-H summer assistants. As we attended different HS and colleges, I first met their dad in 1977 when Jean took me through the milking parlor and calf barn. As a vet's daughter and granddaughter, I'd admired the hard work of this close-knit family. I was still in Madison WI at the time of his death. I too had both parents suffer through dementia. I know how proud they were of their kids, ...

I was hired to work on the Boor farm in the 70s It was hard work but I learned good work ethic skills that I never forgot. Thank you Mr. John Boor for being a positive influence in my life.
