John was not only one of my favorite cousins, he was also one of the great friends in my life. Because I was a distant relative, we never really got to see each other very often over the years, but whenever we did get together, it was like we had just seen each other recently and were picking up where we left off the last time. He always wanted to be sure I was having a good time and that we were doing things I enjoyed doing. He always seemed to think about other people first before himself....

12/30/21 Dear Borowick Family, Please accept my deepest condolences at the recent passing of your beloved John. We were in several young adult groups together over the years. I remember his jovial personality. Due to illness I will not be able to attend the funeral services. However, I will keep John and all of you in my thoughts and prayers. May the good Lord welcome him into the Heavenly Kingdom. And may the peace of the Spirit gently fall upon all of your grieving...
