John D. Bothell

A note of love to the family of John Bothell. I have been an Auburnite since 1951, graduated from Auburn High. Worked at Peckenpaugh Drug soda fountain;
worked at Auburn Credit Bureau and later at Auburn General Hospt..Mr. Bothell had a wonderful reputation and it was an honor to have talked to him on several occasions. I just lost my Husband Jerone Stadel on Feb. 27th so i know what you are going through. Horrible grieving pain. John was a very Great man. My love to all!

I'm so sorry to hear of John's passing. He was a genuinely good man. His heart was always in the right place. He was a man of integrity and honesty. His family has only to be proud of the man they call Dad. He will be missed.

John and Peggy were good neighbors to a us in Highpointe, they both are missed.

Had many good memories of attending different Chevrolet meetings with John, always positive and a fun person . Enjoyed during many dealer trade with Bothell Chevrolet. A great Dealership with great people!!

Tom and I were deeply saddened to read of your father's passing. We have nice memories of the dealership and most especially of our days boating. We always enjoyed talking with him and catching up on all that was new with him and the family.

Jamie, I have great memories of your Dad, a real 'Auburn' guy. Especially his dedication to the local DU chapter and his passion for all-things duck hunting related. Appreciated his wry sense of humor too. I guess you need that when you raise kids like us! I'm sure he's already staked out the best duck blind in the sky. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

As a 'punk' kid dating his daughter he always made me feel welcome and treated me with kindness. His class and inspiration gave me the drive to pursue my career and become a fire chief. He was a fine man. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

How lucky I was to have known your Dad. I have many fond memories sitting in his office at the dealership and chatting. He was so generous with his time, and I learned so much from him. My deepest sympathy to Johann, John and Jamie. Those were wonderful days. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you, and your family.
