I met John by chance many years ago after inquiring about car storage from an ad he placed in The Flint Journal. John always had a good car story to share and he was so enthusiastic about the hobby. John was very kind to my wife and kids when they'd accompany me to the storage site to pick up my classic cars. The kids loved it when John would show them his old touring cars. John was a fair and honest man and he will be missed greatly.
