Not sure what to say?

Bowlesy was the best! John was the key to the esprit de corps C&L Vancouver engendered back in early 80's. I think of John often.

My condolences to John's family. John was a highly respected and well liked member of the Mercator Minerals Board of Directors. He will be missed by all who knew and respected him.

I have many funny, fond memories of John partying at the cove on Glenmore Dam in Calgary many years ago. I believe he introduced me to lemon gin. A toast to you John. You will me missed.

I was very sorry to hear this. John was and old pal from way back when. I actually wrecked his motor scooter. I can picture him now. God Bless

I have fond memories of Savary Island with the Bowles family. I was lucky enough to be invited up by Jeb. John was always very welcoming and made me feel like one of the family. Jeb & Judy, My thoughts are with you during this sad time.

On behalf of everyone at the Canadian Diabetes Association, our sincerest condolences. John was a wonderful person who generously provided his time, insights and support to help us help those living with diabetes.

I was saddened when I heard this news. John will be missed.

I would like to offer my deepest sympathies to John's family and friends. I wish I had had more opportunity to get to know John during my time at C&L. My limited interaction with him and observations of his behaviour with others confirmed that he did, indeed, "was interested in everyone and everything" and that he "would and did talk to everyone and everything". What a great gift he had to relate so easily to others and make them feel totally at ease!

So sad to hear this news. The stories and memories come flooding back. John Henry and I had some great times in some very out of the way places. Deeply sorry for your loss Judy
