Not sure what to say?

I worked with John for a number of years at EPA, and I am very sorry to hear of his illness and passing. He was very kind and pleasant to all. He will be missed and I offer my sincerest condolences to John's family.

I worked with John in the pesticides Office in 1979; After he moved to OTS, we occasionally crossed path and chatted for a while; I will miss this gentle soul! God bless him wherever he is!

Carol and family... Let us not not mourn his death, but thank god he lived among us. Cherrish the happy moments in his life and the good and happiness he brought into all of your lives. -

It sadden me to here of his passing, I knew him for a short time. John was a pleasant person, he would smile when he spoke or asked of your assistance. I am sure he found when he smiled his day was brighter, all burdens much lighter. My prayers for the family. (US EPA Co-worker) Mildred Brooks, Woodbridge, Virginia

Carol, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked with John several years ago and saw him a few times afterwards. He always had a smile on his face and was very helpful to others. My thoughts and prayers for his family. Thanks to Mary Dominiak for letting me know. (US EPA Co-worker)

We have lost a great wit, intelligence without arrogance, and a mentor to many. He was one of the few people that I have known who never forgot the letter from Major Ballou to his wife (Civil War) and really understood the man who wrote it.

We were so sad and surprised to learn of John's death. John was a good man. Please know that you are in our hearts and thoughts. Sending our deepest sympathy, Andy, Pam and Kelsey Cudahy

I am very fortunate to have had John Bowser not only as a wonderful brother but also as a fine friend, confidant and advisor. RIP John and Thanks for the Memories. I will always love you.
