John Frank Boykin was a lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Boykin, and his mother, Daisy Boykin. Brother Boykin was a faithful member of the Stewart Memorial CME Church where he served more than 50 years on the Usher Board. "Frank", as he was lovingly called by all who knew him, loved family and enjoyed being around his family. Fishing was his passion and he made sure that anyone who was around him knew how to fish. Frank loved to cook and could often be seen during the summers getting everything ready for the backyard barbeque. He was especially known for his "Mr. Boykin's" potato salad. Frank also loved going to dinner, listening to music, dancing and was known to "cut a step" even at his last Christmas with the family. Frank loved Sarah, his wife of 48 years, and when you saw him, you saw her. Frank leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Sarah; children Elena Boykin, Gregory (Stephanie) Boykin, Gaithersburg, Maryland, Tanya Boykin, Clarkston, Georgia, Rodney Lambert, Deltona, Florida, and Pastor Chresal C.
