I was so sorry to hear of Jake's passing. My sincere condolences to the Boylan family. I worked for Jake many years ago at Ingersoll-Rand Employee Relations. He was a wonderful boss and the kindest man I have ever known. RIP Jake.

Very sorry to hear about Jake's passing. He was an important person i my life. I graduated from EHS, and admired his athletic career. After returning to Easton after college, I spent a couple years officiating High School basket ball games with Jake. It was fun working with him on courts all around Lehigh Valley. He did exhibit a quiet sense of confidence...humility...and keen sense of humor. Most importantly, I was working at the Easton Express at the time reporting on sports. Then Jake...
