Not sure what to say?

I am so shocked to see this. John was an amazing friend to myself and my children Genesis, Elijah, and Ifunanya when we first moved to Ohio in 2006. He was the reason that my children were in sports and he taught me alot about the city. We have since moved back to the south and my daughters, now adults, have had children. I wanted to share with John and find out how he was doing and found this. We are all shocked. John you left your mark friend and will forever be missed.

I was stunned to hear this -- I was John's roommate in college. I remember him as being fiercely intelligent and independent, and extremely confident even at that young age. He consistently brought a unique perspective to conversations and debates, and always knew how to have fun. Rest In Peace dear brother. I will never forget you and I love you

We will always remember John as a very nice and polite young man. He will be sorely missed by his friends and family because he was greatly loved by all. It soothes us all to know that he is with his Father in Heaven, because of his faith and his love for the Lord.

Deborah Lewis and Family

I like to call John an anomaly because he is truly one of a kind.

Dearest Breckenridge Family,
On behalf of the Mack family we wish you the greatest peace. John is now laughing forever and will never cry again. We are here with and for you as you transition your hearts and minds to the fact that your beloved Son, Brother, Cousin is now in a better place which means he cannot be here with you. God Bless, Jamila King, Tyler King, Waymond Mack, Alalia Mack, Yejide Mack, and Aswad Mack

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will miss you always. Prayers to all of Johns family! He shared so many great things

Rest easy Marine, you stand relieved. Until Valhalla, we, who will come after you now have the watch. BZ... Well Done. Semper Fi... Always Faithful... Until we meet again. RIP. TGBTG. (from S. Elaine Jones, USCG... WOCC...)
