John J. Briasco

To the entire Briasco extended family,

Please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences for your loss. Mr. Briasco was one of the warmest, most hospitable, and truly friendly people I have ever met. His presence will be missed in this world. May he rest in peace.

I am very saddened to hear of Mr Briasco's passing. The years I spent in the kitchen as a dishwasher/potato peeler/kitchen aide with Mr & Mrs Briasco and family gave me wonderful memories and a solid work ethic! I doubt I'll ever forget them..or those steaks and ice cream sundaes! My sincere condolences to the entire family!

I will never forget the "BEST STEAKS"
and the "BEST CHEF" the Ashland/Southborough/Framingham area has ever seen. John and Rena always invited us into the kitchen and took such great pride on serving the best and making sure you enjoyed! Great memories and stories and John's hospitality I will never forget. I will raise a glass or two to all the good times and delicious meals and remember, the mushroom soup is spicy, but delicious,No ketchup on your steak, call ahead for a Baked potato,...

Rena, I am so sorry to hear of John's passing. Our family has many wonderful memories of the Oregon Club and John's great steaks. May God bless you and your family at this time of sorrow.

Mr. Briasco,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Rena, I was so sad to hear about John. My family has so many wonderful memories at the Oregon Club. It was always nice to end the year, New Years Eve, with you and John. Boy, did we laugh back then.

John was a good man, and I'm proud to say I knew him.
My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

Johnny fixed us many a fine dinner at the Oregon club. He served an awesome steak. He was a great host and chef, he will be missed by all who had the privilege to know him.

Dear Briasco Family,
I am so sorry to hear of John's passing. I met John in the late sixties when I was employed by Mooney and Company. Later I got to know him better as I served as a police officer for the the Town of Ashland. What a great guy. I hope that fond memories will help carry you through this most difficult time.
