John Ramer Brooke

I was saddened to learn of the passing of Mr. Brooke. I worked for him as his secretary at the Wood, Wood firm from January, 1977 to March, 1979 when I left to give birth to my daughter. Mr. Brooke was such a pleasure to work for. Last year I was fortunate enough to run into him at a University of Oregon football game--out of a crowd of 50,000+ I literally bumped right into him.
