Dear Mrs. Buckner, Children and family. I recently learned of Mr. Buckner's passing. I can't express enough in words how deeply sorry I am to know that my Mentor, my Hero and my Biggest Fan who influenced my life in the most caring, loving and positive way is gone and way too soon. John was a kind, gentle man who supported every educational decision I made while I was teaching at Overland... I will never forget him ...

To the Buckner Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time in your lives. The great arms that stretched out on Calvary, are the same great arms that are able to hold you all and comfort you like no other. Remember, "The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms." Deut. 33:27
May our Father's peace rest upon you all.
