Not sure what to say?

Dear Connie,
I am so sorry for your loss. Johnny was a remarkable man, such good company and a great host. Eileen and I enjoyed that wonderful dinner at the Beverly Country Club with you, Johnny and Anna Mae. It was one of those special moments that stays in my memory.
My Prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

Dear Mrs. Burns, John, Kevin, and Colleen,
I am flying today and cannot deliver this message in person. I am so sorry for your loss. John Burns was a great man, always good to everyone who knew him. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Our deepest condolences.
