Service 12 Noon, Thursday, December 27 at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, 918 Looney. Entombment in Memorial Park Cemetery. He leaves his wife, Margaret Spencer-Burrows; daughters, Paula Hardy, Stephanie Spencer; sons, John P.
