John was my neighbor for about fifty years. I will remember him for always being there when help was needed, in spite of his irascible nature. Family interactions over the years have been extensive and pleasant, and I will miss the interactions we had across our common fenceline. Rest in peace!

I am so sorry for your loss. John was a friend as well as a cousin. He will be sorely missed. I remember when he had the garage next to Oscar & Aunt Ruby's house. All of us kids would go over there. I'm sure we drove him crazy. He was a good man, Mike & Kelly. Praying for you, Melissa Wollet Burns. PS Love to your family.

John was a very good friend to my late husband, Hollis Harner Jr. They would talk for hours under the tree. RIP John.

Dad passed in the spring, now John. It saddens me to see their generation fade away. They were and still are The Greatest Generation. RIP John. Say Hi to my dad for...
