All you have to do to realize what a great man John Busch was is meet his two sons. They are both outstanding servants to the Cleveland community and outstanding leaders in funeral service. Glenn and I are truly sorry for your loss as we have seen you talk lovingly about your family and your father so many times. His legacy is carried out each and every day as you achieve all the dreams he had for the profession. I remember spending a day doing training at your facility and as I was...

Mr. Busch (never JB or John to me--respect) treated me as a son. Even in my shortcomings he was patient and always helped me learn from mistakes. He was quick to point out a job well done.
I looked forward to his visits in his old office I was honored to use. Taking me and Tammy to Cavs games, sharing funny stories, helping me to respect the history of business and people and being a life mentor will be with me always.
Mr. Busch is a great man and leaves behind an exemplary legacy.

Our sympathies to the Busch family. Mr. Busch's legacy will continue to live on through each of you who he's given & provided so much. You'll all be a shining reflection of his successful legacy for many years to come. We have fun memories being together with all of you. And it was JB who gave our son, Brock, his first boat ride as a baby. Take comfort knowing Marcy & John are together in heaven. RIP Mr. Busch. You're family remains in our thoughts & prayers.
