John was my older brother's best friend thru high school & after, til their lives went different directions, He was funny, cool, & a great guy. Many times when my younger brother & I would be walkng home from school, in the rain, he would be passing by in his crazy ancient car & say "hey, do you want a ride?" And away we'd go. I hope he was happy In his life because he sure deserved it. God bless you John, & your brothers, Jimmy & Jerry. You guys are precious. , .

I am from John's high school graduating class, Limestone Community High School, Class of '64. Just found out yesterday. So sorry. We were just trying to get in touch to see if he was coming to our 75th Birthday Party that is scheduled for August 28. All of our condolences
