Not sure what to say?

John and his father were friends of my Blankenhorn grandparents and my uncle John Blankenhorn. I went to high school with Hazel in South Wayne.John Bussman, Jr. and I were acquaintances, but not friends.

John and his father were close friends of my grandparents, Richard and Anna Blankenhorn, and john was a close friend of John Blankenhorn and his wife Mary. Both of the men were veterans of WW2 and the Pacific Theater. I went to high school with John's wife Hazel, and Hazel was once a student in a continuing education class I taught.

Condolences on Johnny's passing. Always enjoyed meeting him over the years; occasion was at Bernitia Rufenacht's funeral.

Our condolences, I always enjoyed our conversations . Eric & Pia Mani

May the prayers and support from family and friends bring you comfort and may God hold you close, just as He holds John in His loving hand!

The Bussman family were friends of my grandparents, Richard and Anna Blannkenhorn for many years, dating from the 1930s. John and his wife Hazel were long time friends of my uncle and his wife, John and Mary Blankenhorn. Condolences to the family from Edward Brog

To my dearest Uncle Johnny,
One thing I know for certain....the world was a better place because you were in it. You made such a difference in so many lives. I really loved coming to spend weeks at a time with you and Aunt Hazel and your dear children, my cousins. You really cared for your family, the farm, the animals... all my favorite things back then. I was awestruck to visit the cheese factory and I have yet to taste any cheese curds that come close to the squeaky samples you gave...
