My mom and John were in cardiac rehab together. Once, quite a number of years ago, he was unable to stay in a place he had in Asheville, NC. He asked my mom if she wanted to use the place instead.shesaid sure! So my mom, myself, and my sons went for a few days to vacation in Asheville. So generous of him. He wouldn't accept any money. Then he came to loads of shows I did at Swift Creek Mill Theatre, and at Hanover Tavern. A truly lovely, funny, generous man. I am so sorry for his family's...
