John wrote the best scripts I ever worked with when I was a producer. We must have shared the same outlook on corporate communications professional but taken with a five pound grain of salt and his wry sense of humor was a welcome relief. We became, if not quite friends, friendly and addressed each other as Mr. Butman and Mr. Prindle. And so, as they used to say in the old traveling shows, see you down the road, Mr. Butman.
