Not sure what to say?

To the Byrom Family: My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

Billy was a good friend that I will miss. When I left for Viet Nam in 1967 Billy needed a car because he was going to college in Florance Alabama. I left him my car for a year and he never forgot that. We had some great times and we spoke every time Alabama played football. He was my friend and my buddy for life. He loved his family and then after that it was the many things like hunting, fishing, golfing and watching Alabama football came in second.

God is good and merciful, he keep those who pass on in his memory because they are precious to him. Psalms 116:15.

May the God of comfort and peace continue to be with family and friends to see you through this difficult time. Hosea 13:14

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

I visited Billy every week right up until the night he passed. The Byrom's were like family to me and treated me like one of their own. I went to the hospital every time saying i would see him on my next trip, now i know he's watching Bama from the best seat.

When i lost my father in 2000, Billy and Liz opened their home and hearts to me. I called him my godfather as he took me in when i needed someone the most. I spent many evenings and weekends sitting and talking or watching...

Billy Byrom was a fun loving guy and a great running back for the Lee High School Generals. Greatest sympathy to the family.
