John P. Campbell M.D.

I worked with Dr. Campbell for years at Desk A11 Cleveland Clinic. He is truly one of the most kind and gentle people I have ever had the pleasure to know. The staff at Cleveland Clinic and all his patients still talk about him and miss him. Rest in peace old friend and may your Perpetual light shine until we meet again.

We only had a few opportunities to spend time with John but those moments gave us ample opportunities to experience his depth, his thoughtfulness and his gentleness. He was a physician dedicated to the vocation of caring for his patients. He lived his life with an equanimity that he passed on to his children. He has certainly left his mark on many lives as he journeyed through his own.

Our family would like to thank the wonderful doctors and nurses at Cleveland Clinic who relentlessly fought to give John a better quality of life. Thank you to CCF Hospice who were all amazing. Sadly, we had to give John the unselfish gift to let him go; he had fought so many health battles without complaining. Thank you to friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors who have reached out with sympathy and love. John will be watching over Amy & Tim and his beloved grandchildren.
