John Canarina

Maestro John Canarina authored "Uncle Sam's Orchestra" telling the history of the Seventh Army Symphony Orchestra of which he was one of the conductors in the late 1950's. My late husband John Kolpitcke treasured the book that Canarina graciously autographed at the 55th 7ASO reunion. We did not know about the impressive Canarina musical career post 7ASO but are grateful for his contributions to the world of classical music and to know that he was loved by his students and colleagues.
