Not sure what to say?

John and Evelyn were both great friends of my parents. They went to college together many years ago and were very kind people. Deepest condolences to the family

Sympathies from all your neighbours and friends in Ballagh; to all the Canning Family on the Passing of John RIP

Saddened to hear of John's passing RIP. Both he and his late wife Evelyn were wonderful neighbours here to us in Ballagh for almost 30 years. We looked forward to every May when they would return here and stay until around November time.
No matter how long we are blessed to have our parents by our side, the time comes when we must say Goodbye, or until we meet again. So until the NEXT spring arrives when we all meet in that wonderful Garden above, we will say Goodbye for now.
Deepest...

Our deepest condolences to the family for their loss. I'll always remember John's friendly smile when visiting the family at their home.

Dr. Canning was a wonderful man and principal. He deserved the long life he was so fortunate to have. I remember meeting him at the National Archives after he retired. He took such joy in helping me and my husband search files for information about our family tree. His tenure at the Archives became his second career! Memories of Dr. Canning will live on forever. I am proud to have known him and grateful to have had him in my life.

Mr. Canning what's the most favorite teacher at four corners Elementary School in the 1950s. My brother had him for 6th grade. Unfortunately I did not have him as a teacher, but knew him well as he was friendly to everyone in the school. His family has my sympathy but how lucky you all were to have had him for such a long time.

You have my deepest sympathy. May God give you peace and strength to keep you going during your time of sorrow.

John was my principal at Fairland Elementary for many years. What a fine man. Sorry for your loss but what a wonderful and long life.

To the family, I'm so sorry for the loss of your love one, may the loving support of your family, friends and prayers sustain you through this very difficult time. John 6:40
