Not sure what to say?

To the Canty family,
May I offer my condolences.
To John,
You were the difference some young kids in Somerville needed to stay on the right track. You always did your best to never turn down a friend or person in need. You were a good friend to my father in and out of the K of C.,and a stand up guy when your country and city called on you.
Thanks for coming by pal. We couldn't have done it without you.

Sean and the Canty Family,

Growing up my father (George Morgan) was a friend of Officer Canty's and a frequent passenger in his cruiser ~ front seat passenger that is! I remember fondly the many times we were playing tackle football in the grass next to Shawmut Bank when the cruiser would pull up to the intersection of Broadway and School Street, Sean would hop out, the lights/siren would come on and Officer Canty was off to a call. Sean would dutifully wait there until he returned. ...

To the Canty family,
John was a great, great man, beyond any words. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. Semper Fi, John. Rest in peace...
Sincerely, Billy Morgan / Oliverio & family

we were sorry to hear about your loss. You family is in our thoughts and prayers

Jaime and family,

Please know my thoughts are with you. Anytime you spoke of your grandfather your face would light up with joy. I hope the memories you've made with him and the rest of your family will continue to make you smile when you think of him....

It's been many years since I last saw John. I let my mother, Julie Stabile , know of John's passing.
She has great admiration for John.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Gene, Karen, Sean, Mary Lou & Family:

It is a sad day in So. Fl. upon learning of the passing of "Big John".

How do you thank someone for a "Million Laughs", great hockey games and good friendship, along with being a great neighbor along with his dear beloved wife Buni.

Our Thoughts and Prayers are with you ALL at this most difficult time.

God Bless; Bobby & Leah Rowe

Gene and Sean, Please know that you and your families are in our thoughts and prayers. We will remember Uncle John and the times we spent together with love, laughter and fondness.

Love, Lyn and John

Semper Fi Marine Canty.
