John was my very first friend in life; we were brought home to Barbara Terrace from birth in 1972. We spent days and nights playing in the creek behind the Gormans. The world needs more people like John and his loss will be felt by many. He was such a warm giving person. A happy guy with a wonderful sense of humor!! He loved his family deeply and my heart goes out to them during this very difficult time.

Rest in Peace Big John- I will never forget the good times back at Stockton. What a wonderful person to have known. My daughter is learning to drive this year- we bought what she asked for, a blue Jeep Cherokee; something that will remind me of him forever. I was hoping one day to reconnect with him and my other friends from younger days. I have the memories... YO!
