My heart goes out to all the family, I am so sorry for missing his service, I saw Pete at the TechFest in September...I will cherish that visit always. God Bless You all today and always.

My Heart Goes out to The Carter family,, remember him as Pete, Randy Helmick and I use to go to the Gulf Station on 10th St. where he was after school,Its funny My Dad was also from Portland Tenn. and he owned a Gulf Station at that time too. I know he will be sadly missed, RIP Pete,,Patty Dillard
