To the Casalaspi Family -

Please accept my condolences regarding the passing of John R. I did not know him well but spent some time at the Casalaspi home in East Hanover in the late 1970s and early 1980s. He seemed a kind, gentle, generous, and intelligent man who fathered a fine family.

Dear Mary and Family,
Mary I have not seen you in many years. We moved from East Hanover almost ten years ago. We were in Florham Park yesterday and I happened to sign on to the East Hanover Patch today. I read of the passing of your husband in June. We are so very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Sincerely, Mary Jo and Edw.Gaughan

To my dearest Uncle John. I am so sad that you are no longer here with us. I remember many times on our visits how you would make me laugh especially when you would find something funny and just shrug your shoulders in that certain way. You raised four fantastic children and I know they made you very proud. I give my most sincere sympathy to everyone in your family, Mary, your kids and there kids. I know this is difficult for everyone to accept. You are now in the hands of God and I...

John, I will always remember your warmest of smiles. You were one of the kindest, most thoughtful men I've ever known. You helped me at Nabisco more times than I can remember. I will always be grateful for this. You were respected by so many, especially me.

You were like a second father to me. You delighted in your loving family. YOu were so proud of your children. They couldn't have asked for a better Dad.

You will not be forgotten, my dear friend John.
