Dear Joyce,

We will remember John for so many things, especially his and your care for my mother. You were both great neighbors and friends for many years. My memories of John will always be on the beach or near by, and his great sense of humor
We have moved to the Cowichan Valley near Mum's first home in Canada. It is beautiful here.

So sorry to read about John in the paper. I always remember John as a Fun type person. It has been a long time since I have seen any of the family, used to catch Michael on TV from time to time. However it does not lessen the feelings. Grant and I will add you to our prayers at this difficult time
