Not sure what to say?

John and I were together as physicians at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital, 1972-1974. I have joyful memories from those 1,000 years ago of John, Ellie my wife Janet and me. -Rick Tenser

Good friend and classmate at McMinn High School, "Blindy" as we affectionately called him. Sometimes golfed together back then. Never a doubt he would be super successful. Best wishes to his family.

John brought so much joy to Sunny Day! I am so thankful I was blessed to have even a sprinkle of John in my life. Tears come to my eyes when I think about Sunny Day without him. How very much you family members must miss him! He is loved and missed even by us who knew him for such a short time. Kathy Anderson (Sunny Day volunteer)

John was such a vital member of The Sunny Day Club and will be sorely missed. A sincere thank you to his family for allowing us to spend that sweet time with him. We were blessed by his company.

John will truly be missed at Sunny Day Harpeth Hills. He came in with a smile and when the music started he was ready to dance! We all have been blessed by knowing John. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time. Barbara Hubbard

John was a delight at Sunny Day Club at Harpeth Hills Church of Christ every Thursday. I will always remember how much he enjoyed the music and dancing. My thoughts and prayers are with John's family. Inez Stubblefield, RN 8/19/24
