John O. Chadwick

A good man, whom I only met on a few occasions when he was busy visiting or helping his parents in Alexandria, Virginia. His parents were good friends and neighbors of mine. They always said they were greatly honored by his position in the FBI and what he'd done with his life.

Dear Family,
Even after going through my son Steven's death not long ago, I have no magical words of advice for you, except to let it flow when it needs to come out. You are a wonderful family, those of whom I have had the pleasure of knowing. My deepest honest sympathies to you .

My deepest sympathy goes out to all the Chadwick family. We went from grade school through high school together and also played baseball on the same teams. Although we only saw each other at class reunions, I always thought of John as a kind and gentle friend.
