Mr. Chaharyn lived at Pocassett Bay at the same time as my mom. I would spend lots of time talking to him about his Air Force service- and I always saluted him every time I saw him. He was a joy, a kind and sincere man and a Veteran who served us proudly. He will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy at this time of great loss.
