            John Samuel Chapman, 34, of Henderson, Kentucky, died Wednesday, July 15, 2020.


            He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marilyn and Ron Chapman, Thomas Edward Lett, Jr., and Glenn Shaw; and one uncle, Thomas Edward Lett, III.


            Survivors include one son, Ryan James Chapman of California; his parents, Reverend Gary A. and Sheryl Lett Chapman of Bowling Green, Kentucky; one sister, Hannah Chapman Boone and her husband, Ian, Bowling Green, Kentucky; his grandmother, Betty Lett Shaw of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his aunt, Leslie Chapman of Henderson, Kentucky; his uncle, John Randal Lett and his wife, Shirley, of Salado, Texas.


            There will be a private memorial graveside service at Fernwood Cemetery scheduled for the family at a later date.


            Contributions may be made to Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor (WARM), 56 North McKinley Street, Henderson, Kentucky 42420, or the Humane Society of Henderson County, 203 Drury Lane, Henderson, Kentucky 42420.
