Not sure what to say?

My condolences Janice. Thank you for sharing this with me it was beautiful. I will always remember your father as a gracious and hospitable man. God bless you and your family.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with John at the Shell Bellaire Research Center in Houston and send my deepest sympathy to Patsy and the family.

To the Chappelear family,
I had the pleasure of working two summers at Shell's BRC and got to know your dad. He was so smart and so funny. I remember telling him that I was in Janice's year in school and how Janice was always at the top of the class in both mathematics and music! He loved hearing that and called you all grade curve busters! He was right! June, Janice, Juliet and Jack, you had a prince of a man as a father. May his memory be eternal!

John's quick wit and wry sense of humor was always welcome. He was a brilliant scientist who loved the LORD and his family. Patsy, though we are many, many miles away - we send you a warm hug and our deepest condolences. Drs. Thomas Flowers & Roxane Richter, 3 Alexa Place, Whanganui, New Zealand 4500

What a wonderful read - a testament to such a well-lived life as that of John Chappelear. He and Patsy are so well-remembered as is their entire family. So many blessings and such great gratitude. Heartfelt condolences to you all.

Sending Love and comfort to Patsy and to all of her beautiful family! What a beautiful life John lived! His legacy is vast and is realized both in his brilliant work but maybe Best seen in his family! Blessings!
