John Chavez

I went to school with John and knew him as Larry. Looking for the obituary of a colleague, I saw Larry's picture and began reading the obituary. Larry was a sweet person and it was a pleasure knowing him. Alicia Perez (a classmate I haven't seen in years, but remember fondly) expresses sentiments succinctly.
May Larry ski and dance with the angels and may all the great memories and fun times with Larry replace your grief.

Dear John, Mary and Chavez Family I am sorry to hear of the passing of Larry and that I could not attend his services. Larry truly was a kind soul and personally was glad to have him as my friend growing up and in high school and yes the story is true that we did indeed go to prom together with three other classmates.
