Not sure what to say?

Big heart, free soul, caring person and loves to help others to achieve their goals.

We were classmates at Temple University for two semesters. He's always been in good mood, extremely social, and cooperative with everybody in the group. I still remember his work in developing observation categories to be applicable in physical education. Richard Lange, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

So very sad to lose such a lovable rascal who was so full of life and who entertained us, was often outrageous but whose imprint on all that he came into contact with, will never fade.
Those days in Boston, decades ago now, and the Australian Wine Club dinners, where he was such a star turn, I will remember with fondness. To Marg, the children and John's extended family, I extend my deepest sympathies at your loss.

A man of manners loved and encouraged all of his students to the excellence ,,,

You were a terrific leader and great support to me and to all of my colleagues while at BU. You are one of a kind and will be missed!

A truly unique leader and game-changer for the profession, and for many, many students including myself. He will be missed by both those who knew him well and many current and future movement educator.

A big man, with a big appetite for life and a big heart. Always remembereed.

One of a kind. He cared for us all and took us along for a great ride
