Not sure what to say?

Jean and Micheal/family:
I was deeply saddened to see of Johns passing in the Put in Bay Gazette. What memories I have from Put in Bay. Most importantly the wonderful friendship John shared with my Dad. They are kicking up a storm in Heaven I am sure!! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Many memories from days at Ohio Bell Telephone. Great times at the Put-in Bay Golf Classics,
the awards steak roast and winery trips.
John always had good stories, jokes and the wine cork trick.

His smile and wit will be missed by all who knew him.

Our condolences to Jean and family.

Although we knew John for only a short time we admired his spirit! We will miss him. Nancy & Larry Batchelor, Erin, Travis, Knox & Madden Gilmore.

To The Chervenak Family,
There are no words to describe this tragic loss. My brother was such a great part of our lives. Wonderful memories of life with him will have to sustain all of us until we meet again. My heart breaks for Jean and Michael and all of their family. I hope it is of some comfort for them to know how his family and so many friends really care.
With much love,
Suzanne

Dear Jean and Family,

I remember him playing the accordion when we were boys. He was a very good accordion player, and I enjoyed his music.

I recently was able to see John after many, many years of being out of touch. We had such a wonderful visit. He will be missed.

Our condolences,
David Kross and Family
Childhood friend

Jean, so very sorry to hear of John's passing. I remember him so fondly from our "old" days at Ohio Bell. Memories of him always bring a huge smile to my face. He was funny, witty, and full of life and above all a very good man. My sincere condolences to you and your family.

John, so very sad to hear that you left us so soon without us snowbirds being able to say goodbye, but heart warming to know that you are in heaven, your final resting place. Gosh, you must be holding court with all your great funnies, that we all loved. Maybe you'll find Larry, because he is up there with so many other friends. Loved your friendship and, of course, BAR JINGO at the Moose. You are on my mind and in my heart. God bless and may you rest in eternal peace. Love, Jackie
