John was instrumental in saving the environment of Squaw Valley. He helped to protect the purity of the acquifer, and the physical beauty of Shirley Canyon. John was a tiger and used his incredible talents and intellect for the betterment of his community. His integrity was unparalleled. Everyone, friends and foes alike, could trust what John said. What a guy!

It was an honor to know john. You never knew what he would say next. I know his three greatest accomplishments were his two loving daughters Michelle and Heidi and his spunky "just like him" granddaughter Lilly. God bless jyou john. You lived an awesome life
