Not sure what to say?

To all of the family , what i admired most about your dad / grandpa was his absolute unconditional love for each of you and his pride in your accomplishments.

To the Chvala family, your family has been patients of our dental practice for over 50 years. It has been my pleasure having the privilege of being your dentist. Jack would make my day when he had a appointment. What a fantastic human being. The only problem was after jacks appointment I ran 30 min.late. He will be missed. John Stacey

Mary Pat and family, I have such fond memories of your dad as one of my teachers. What great stories about you kids. I also enjoyed talking with your mom when I did her hair at Manhattan Hair Designs. My thoughts and prayers are with you all . Liz Swingen.

Sorry for your loss Chuck. Us hockey players sure gave Jack a host of challenges. He treated us great. His players including myself thought the world of him!

Mary Pat, so sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

The BEST homeroom teacher EVER! Our senior year he took our homeroom river rafting up north. I will never forget your dad he was a wonderful man. So incredibly sorry for your loss.

He was a great friend and math teacher. I always looked forward to his class. He made math understandable.

He had a great laugh and a wonderful smile, which he also easily shared with his students. After I graduated and left for college, and he and your mom built their home next to my parents, I had the pleasure of hearing more of his stories. They were almost...
