Not sure what to say?

I loved hearing him talk about his family. I enjoyed making him laugh. He was a special person and I am sad to know he is no longer with us. God bless his family

I was fortunate to work alongside John at Dominion. John was always happy, no matter the circumstances. I loved his sense of humor and his love for the Lord. Rest easy, my friend, and I'll see you in heaven. Diane McCarthy

John was my center, a quiet big man we couldn’t do without at Clarkson 50 years ago. The nicest man. I’m so glad he found someone to build a family with. We will remember him at our reunion this month. See you later my friend.

John was one of my very best friends. He was as loyal and trustworthy as the day is long. I always admired how upbeat and sincere he was. We went through high school together, were roommates in college, and he was best man at my wedding. I´ll miss John dearly and extend my deepest sympathies to Bonnie and his entire family and friends.

John was a wonderful and kind man. Truly a great person; someone to model yourself after. He will be greatly missed. Worked with John for many years. He was always ready provide excellent help and with a smile. He was brave through out his cancer treatments and fought for life.

In my time of knowing John, I witnessed and participated in John's graces of being a leader, mentor, a teacher and most importantly a trusted friend! Whenever I think of John, his standards in quality of work and respect are always my first thoughts. John, thank you for all your guidance and may you rest peacefully my friend, may we meet again. Thoughts and prayers to your family and friends!

So sad to hear of John's passing. I have so many great memories of John. We worked on many projects together at Virginia Power, shared meals, and golfed. He was an excellent engineer and go to guy. We played softball on the wacky GFC softball team for years. Condolences to Bonnie, the boys, and all the Cima family.
