John Cleary III

I REMEMBER JOHNNY BOY AS A YOUNG TEENAGE WHEN I FIRST MEET HIM. HE LIVED ON SMITH STREET IN BAY SHORE. I WAS FRIENDS WITH HIS SISTER CINDY. HE WAS A GREAT KID & FUNNY AS HELL. LOVED CARS WHEN HE GREW UP. AND LOVED TO FIX THEM. HAVEN'T SEEN HIM IN YEARS. BUT IT WAS FUNNY LAST WEEK MY MOM LOST HER DOG, & A LADY HAD HIM ON SMITH STREET IN BAY SHORE, RIGHT WHERE HIS HOUSE USED TO BE. AND I THOUGHT OF ALL THE GOOD TIMES I HAD AT THAT HOUSE AS A TEENAGER WITH CINDY, JOHNNY BOY & PHIL. AND OF COURSE...

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. My deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.

John was a good friend of mine growing up. I remember the days when he worked as a mechanic doing brake jobs in massepequa and when he was living at the Oakley's house. He taught me how to do brake and other mechanical jobs.We shared a lot of memories together from Bayshore on Smith st. to West Islip and Islip. I have not seen John in a long time but now unfortuantly I cannot say good bye to him. John you was a good person and will be missed. -Greg
