Jack was one of the most beautiful and kindest man I´ve ever known. Jack and I were often catch each other outside for a little chat at the dental building. He spoke so lovingly of you, his family. It seems he always had a moment to spare for me. In between clients, we would catch up on weekend for the weeks events and your stories. He was willing to share life experience and his wisdom. Jack was simply an outstanding man and citizen of the Back Mountain. He will be missed tremendously

Jack and I were teammates on the Waverly High School basketball and track teams and good friends. On his invitation and recommendation I followed him to Hamilton College. I am so incredibly saddened by this news. My deepest condolences and sympathies don't begin to express the degree to which my heart aches for all of you. Jack was entirely responsible for the most important formative elements of my life. Most critically, he served as a role model and guide for me -- a father figure I looked up to when I could not find the spiritual, intellectual, and moral guidance from my own. Mrs. Cleary and Patrick, I am so sorry for your husband/father. I was once Patrick job coach at Misericordia. Mr. Cleary was such a a sweet man and always so proud of his family. Prayers to the entire family.
