As a child, I remember going to Mama Pat's and John's house for their famous annual Christmas party. They were my godparents. Although we haven't kept in touch over the years, I will always remember spending time with them. They were like an aunt and uncle when I was a child. They watched my younger sister and me for weeks while our mom was in the hospital. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
