I am so sorry for your loss. John made this world a better place and I'm so glad I knew him. We served on the board of New Beginnings together.

Mat and I are so saddened and sorry for what has happened. I wish we had known sooner so we could've attended the funeral. Please hang in there and be stong. Call on us if ever you need us.

I served with John on the board of New Beginnings of SW Virginia, a long-term residential treatment center for persons with addiction to alcohol and other drugs. John cared aabout people and worked hard to make recovery possible. I send my condolences to his family and all those who knew, loved, and respected him.
