Pam, I’m so sorry for your loss. I remember John as special person with a big heart who was always willing to help during the days I taught at CHS. My thoughts and prayers are with you, your children and your entire family during this extremely difficult time.

John Howell was one of the best friends I ever had. I worked with him for 11 years at SunTrust and came to know him as a true friend, an honorable man and strong ally. Although I had limited contact with him after I left SunTrust, I knew that he would have responded at any time of day or night if I had called.
