Not sure what to say?

I was a friend of Sara's in high school and remember John being such a nice person. John and Sara's parents felt like my foster parents. I spent many happy times in the Coffee home in North End. My sympathy to your entire family, and especially to you Sara. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so sorry to hear of John's passing. He was my friend in north end in the early years, at the shipyard, and outside of work. As time passed, I left the area and we lost contact, but I still consider him a great friend. He was a good man and will be sorely missed. God bless you John Coffey.

Our hearts go out to you at this time and in the days ahead. John was such a blessing to so many of us that knew him as a friend. John always had time for his "Pals".

John was a childhood playmate in North End of Newport News. I lost touch with him in high school and am so sorry to hear that he has passed away without renewing the old friendship. Our heartfelt sympathy goes to all of his family.

John was the one person who inteview me for the Nuclear program, and I am very grateful to him for that. John was always one that you could look up to and admire.

Jennifer and Family: I was sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. We had many happy years working together and I have never known a finer gentleman or better manager. When I took over the Pipe Shop his advice, counsel and friendship were invaluable.

Please know Judy (who knew your Mom and Dad in High School) and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your Family during this difficult time.
