To the Family of John Collins- Please accept my condolences on the passing of John. I had the great pleasure of working with John for many years at The College of New Jersey. I always appreciated John's cool head, wise counsel and respect for the rule of law. John cared deeply about the students, the staff, the public and his police colleagues.
