My mother was a resident for almost 7 years. We would attend mass at Mary Queen Mother and I thoroughly enjoyed Father Comer's services. My codolences to his family.

Jan Loux (daughter of Jacqueline Conley)

He had a special heart for frail seniors; always appreciated his humor and his helpful nature.

Father Comer always had a smile for everyone. Our special condolences to his family and to the community of Mary Queen and Mother where he has served with compassion and kindness. We will miss him.

John was a great classmate. A true man of God and friend of many.He was a blessing to all who knew him. We all ask that he remember us all as he enjoys the Divine presence. May he reset in Peace!

Fr Comer was a close family friend of my mother-in-law and he presided our wedding ten years ago this summer.

I have fond memories of the brief time I got to know during our time in St. Louis. I'm thankful for the many wonderful memories of his humor as well as our interesting discussions about God and family. He will be missed.

Fr. Comer will be dearly missed at Mary Queen and Mother Center. He liked to joke and kid with the staff and the residents loved him. He was dedicated to not only serving the Lord, but serving our residents. God Bless.

He always make the residents and STAFF laugh with his jokes at Mary queen and mother center. I still can NOT belive he not with us!!! Rest in peace Fr. John.
