Not sure what to say?

What a great man and coach. It was a true honor to know Coach Connelly during my short time in Boston. Former player (1972 & 73). Jim Steenbergen

mary lou and family, i was so very sorry to hear of tinker's passing and to late for me to attend the wake or the funeral.
I played football with tinker at n u for all 4 years and considered him my best friend ,our friendship continued for many many years after our graduation and he was a true true friend.we saw each other a great deal and always cherished our football days together at n u now he is on a different team and when god calls me it will be because tinker again wants me to be on...

Our sincerest condolences to all the Connelly family. As a former baseball scout, I always found "Tinker" to be a gentleman and friend to baseball. I had the utmost of respect for him. God Bless him & may he rest in peace. Ed & Carole DiRamio, No. Quncy,MA

Coach Connelly was a humble and true gentlman.Besides being one of the best coaches I ever played for, Coach Connelly was an inspiration and a great role model to all of his players. He represented true class and was a true ambassador for Northeastern University. My condolences to the entire Connelly Family for their loss. Tom Burke class of 1976.

A friend to the Stewart family of all generations. A brother official and a good guy. The elbow minor he gave me at Groton/Middlesex Chamionship game, I deserved.
Paul Stewart.
