Not sure what to say?

Ann and Kristy,

I sure do miss my friend John. His political insight and athletic philosophy exemplified courage of a rare sort. May God bless both of you!

We all are grateful to Dr. Conroy, whose legacy carries in to the lives of thousands of Bama students. He taught those of us fortunate to be chosen as members of the Avanti Freshmen Orientation teams, his passion for the successful transition of "Freshies" to college life. I cherish those days and the privilege to have been under his guidance. Forward, respectfully,

Ms.Ann & Kristy,
Thinking of you so much during your time of loss. Love you & sending our prayers.

I was a member of the Avanti staff in the mid-1980's. It was a joy to work with Dr. Conroy and to be a part of that group. I am forever grateful for my time at the University and for the life skills I learned. Know that I have the family in my prayers.

Dear Ann & Kristy, So sorry to hear about John's passing. My prayer and thoughts are with you. You both were so special to me growing up.

I am so very sorry to hear of Dr. Conroy's passing. I am one of the fortunate students to have him as a counselor at Westlawn Jr. High and then again the U of A. He was a great influence on my life. he even let me ride in his beloved Avanti. He was a true gentlemen and a great counselor. I am very sad to know he is gone. - Russ McDonald

Ann and Kristy, sorry about your loss. We will all miss John. he was never to busy to stop by my office to say hello. I will also miss those fishing photo's he would bring from his latest fishing trip to Minnesota. We both shared the love of the great outdoors. Dr. Conroy will be missed by all that knew him. He was a very special friend to me.

Thoughts and prayers to you all during this difficult time. Please let us know if there is anything we can do.
